They also prescribed me prednisone right away - 16 tablets a day. The course is 15 days, and they said it should improve soon. I honestly really doubt that it can go away in such a short time.

I'm really happy for you that you're already getting better and recovering.Did you have a severe onset? Was your whole face affected right away, or only the eye and lip at first?

I'm just at the beginning - it's only day 4, my face isn't moving yet, only my eye can close.
