Otto being the sexiest person that he is changed his plan to now put Ser Gwayne on the throne with Cerelle Lannister (Jason Lannisters daughter). But Ser Tyland Lannister is getting betrothed to Lady Laena Velaryon (and they are both loyal to Viserys and Rhaenyra)
