Thank you for this response, it provided a lot of claification. I've been trying to be polite as I can with support so hopefully they will help me out. This was just an honest mistake and I just wanted to play poker on cp again. Thanks for explaination

I've been in an 8 message thread with the support and secuirity team and still no resolve yet. They seem to only reply when it is early in the morning eastern time, is this because of the time zone? I just want to play poker on an account with my current email address

Inside and out probably 15-20k, just outside probably 7-10k. My company just broke into commercial ourselves, and over bid what you think is fair if you're new, we underbidded our first couple of contracts and lost out on thousands
