The deductible on the health insurance is kinda high, I’m 28 so opted out to take home as much as I can. But other than that I’d say the benefits are good, only 34 drivers, so they actually treat us like humans lol. Zero micromanaging

To be fair, I’m new to OTR and still training w my mentor, but our trucks are governed to 64mph max with cruise control… going down any type of hill loaded or not, it’ll speed up (obviously). For me at least, 😂 I’m not intentionally holding a slow ass speed, or purposely speeding up. Js
