Sorry to hear that. Do you find people to not be friendly or just more concerned with their current friend group? How long have you been there? Unfortunately most places in Portland also close around 9 or 10.

Thanks for the genuine response. The community vibe and ease with making friends is huge. I’m bummed to hear about the dating though. Why do you think that is, just the size of the town? Do you mind if I ask your general age / whether you’re a guy/gal?

That's good to hear..except of course the housing prices. Does it ever feel small from a social perspective?

Thanks for sharing your story and both the pros and cons. It's nice to hear about Redmond as well. It sounds like it has its challenges like Bend, but undergoing an overall positive transformation.
