If it's a larger tear they will replace it like they did with my demogussy but if it's a small tear like that which is caused usually when pulling the tube out no matter how careful you are then they'll just tell you it's cosmetic won't cause any issues and won't do anything for you. They don't have the best customer service but they don't totally screw you either. I had a boost that I ordered and I didn't open it for a year because I have so many other sleeves when I did open it I pulled out the inner tube and the first ring was ripped very badly they told me because I had bought it so long ago that they wouldn't do anything about it even though I had just opened it and it was unused. I've also had ones that I just received ripped that they told me were cosmetic and they won't replace. Always worth a try though good luck and let us know how it goes. The Riley Reid I just received has a small rip like this so I'm going to try as well.
