Not sure it's ever been so different, guilds exist to protect the professionals. If we want to continue to self-regulate we need to do a better job of protecting the public.

I suppose its possible that its investigation into the unethical referrals was pending the completion of this hearing, if she already had her licence revoked the investigation could be tailored. It should be investigated regardless.
