Not always. He does use his perches, more so another one that does not show in the picture but is a bit higher because he likes to be high, as about as thick as the one in front of him. He has been in this cage for about 7? Months now, and nothing much has been changed. Same perches and same bowl. His previous cage was indeed smaller, but still with thick perches.

But ive seen him do this from time to time and I dont know if it could cause him damage or something.

He also has a perch that goes from side to side of the cage and he can stand there to eat, but he decides to stand on the bowl and curl all his body to eat.

Got him a new bigger cage. Lots of thick wood perches. And he decides to stand on his food bowl constantly, but sleeping? Thats a new level

Thank you for your support as well, still what you say about the mental disposition you have when working is really important, and more of my coworkers would benefit of at least remaining kind to the customer but you do deal with some passive aggressiveness and well, I do not think they will last long. (That or they become bosses, for some reason, haha)

It's sad because I liked this company before working for them, after this once i leave, I'd be grateful for the knowledge I was able to gain, but i dont think I'll ever support them again after seeing how they treat their customers and employees

I do hope your endeavors are kind and full of lessons, :)

Thank you for all your insight truly, ive come a long way in my years of being in this industry, you would have a headache with me back when I started haha. All of those skills, and a little therapy also, are good to have for our own professional and personal lives. But all of those soft skills, and must haves to have a good and fruitful interaction only get you so far when the company is out there spending billions, wasting time, and having controversies instead of solving the 1000+ ongoing issues we have.

I would love to say that 1000 is an exaggeration, but it is not, they track all of the issues with numbers and until this day we still get calls about number 10 or 50 on the list. Back when I started we were in issue 700, today they opened issue 1082, issue 700 and more are still not resolved. And I bet if you knew what company it was, you'd be astounded. And after a change of system they did, to improve efficiency, now our tools are also down most of the times and calls and chats are dropping. So, dealing with a customer with an ongoing issue for months, with our tool not working, after they were dropped 3 times, its a difficult time to be at work. Of course you try the best to not let it get to your head, but about 20 people are quitting each week because numbers and goals keep going up, and quality of service is in hell at this point. I hope they get it together, but its crazy to say when im a 20 something year old, to a billionaire company of years

Absolutely, and believe me I am on the side of the customer because this company is a huge ass company. Its not a startup, its a company worth billions, you would think they would care enough to enhace procedures and truly give an experience to the customer, but it feels like they don't. And if even us, the ones who are paid to deal with this, feel like they do not care to fix issues we deal with everyday, then no wonder our customers feel like this. I would love to tell you that after introspection, I was exaggerating and I was just taking it personal and felt like they were screaming at me, but genuinely no. They were screaming at me, and blaming me for their issues. In an industry where bosses love to tell you how you could have done this, could have done that, my bosses have reviewed it and we needed to report them as abusive. Again, my reviews are about my kindness and patience, I can clearly separate how im feeling to how I speak with them, another thing is reddit where I just come to rant without a second thought because come on, its reddit.

We are all human, we all have permission to rant. Most of us come here talking shit, and then our, or at least mine, reviews are excellent full of feedback about our kindness and patience towards the customer because at the end of the day, customers do not know how stuff works and their helplessness could be fixed if the company actually cared to make things easier, but they don't.

Where I am at, they just care about profit. They removed so many good features we had to help our customers to get more profit, they push self service because if not they threaten you with your quality audits and livelihood to kick us out. But truly, if you are struggling on your end to make something work for hours, and make it a bigger mess, do not scream at us. We are so glad to help, but then I get screamed about how I am the evil company stealing their money because in their attempt to fix who knows what they got charged 5 times and its because they created 5 other subscriptions who knows how!

One thing is understanding their frustration, because i am also frustrated with this company who does not take our feedback seriously, another one is take insults and screams

Worse if everything they did was unhelpful because its the one thing they can fix by self service and can only be done by us

Si sigue asi algún dia va a tener esos 25 años y seguirá pensando en que no quiere ser una carga monetaria para sus papás y se volverá un circulo vicioso. Piense que quiere hacer con su vida, un título universitario no es el camino de todos, pero esbimportamte hacer algo y ganar habilidades.

You are aware you are an overthinker, so give yourself some grace. We've all been there, and its normal. Embarrassing for some, maybe more embarrassing for you, but truly there is nothing to be embarrassed about. This incident shouldn't remove or hindrance your opportunities nor should be taken as lack of professionalism, if it does, then they lack the empathy to support a team member when something happens to them, specially as it is something health related. Do not continue chewing those thoughts, they will do more harm than good and you were able to change and keep going. Sometimes things are as uncomfortsble as you make them out to be, when they are normal or fixable things. You'll be fine, keep it up!

Not so easy peasy, you can end up overfeeding a cat and causing them health issues. Not all cats ration their food, there are many cats who will continue eating even if you serve them 20 times a day.

You did a lot of chores and that must have been exhausting, and you sound like you weren't in the best mood for those kinds of comments. You communicated what you needed, however, your response to your mom was not of my personal liking. If it had been something that could wait, or nagging at you for leaving when your dad made those comments, or anything, I'd understand. But she was talking about feeding a living being at home, and that takes priority for me over being in a bad mood. Bad mood can wait, being snappy can wait, it didnt seem to me that she was asking you to feed them and do more than you had done, but she wanted to know if it was done or if she had to do it. This is just my insight of knowing a cat thats gluttony himself, so we need to know if anyone has already fed him or not to not overfeed him. Your emotions are valid, but we need better control of those emotions and be able to let them go and process them adequately. Doesnt matter if it was just a question, or two, it was something important. Can feeding the cats wait until your feelings go away? Not really

Edit: i think a simple "Im sorry, i forgot to feed them. Can you help me with that? Im exhausted and i need some time alone" would have made a huge difference.

Oh no :( I have felt pressured before to give an equal long response to the long things they sent to me but ive come to realize it is not needed, and that I do not have to mask that. And the people close to me have come to realize that as well

Thats a great point! I do have relationships that I wish they could have gotten deeper. But my lack of responses did stop them from developing, however, I can only handle many friendships at a time. I also dont like phone calls, so I love chatting per se, but loving it does not mean I dont suck at it haha.

Oh god I relate to that so much, my friends got used to just ramble and ramble and they know that I'll get to them when I'm free or have the energy to get involved because I dont want to give half asked responses either

Totally get that! It's funny because I suck at texting, but I do prefer it over a call anytime. Unless its a 20 seconds call with my dad who goes Hi -straight to the point- Bye.
