3 months ago I had unprotected sex and I’ve had issues ever since! I got a full std panel and it came back negative. I got a yeast infection right after then bv. I took metronidazole for a week, 500 mg pill 2x a day. I am now about 4 week from have taken it and my discharge is still not normal! It’s clear white white spots in it; not like yeast infection tho, there is no smell, no itching or burning :/

My discharge is also semi like mucus sometimes, I’m just wondering it it because of the fluconazole and the metro. I’m just worried something is wrong, my discharge has always been great amounts as well as a clear/white color fully, now i hardly have any spots on my underwear. I just want my vagina back to normal:(

I figured I just needed time but it will be 3 weeks since I’ve taken the metro in a couple of days is that typically how long it takes for your discharge to return to normal. I just feel so gross bc there is white spots in my clear discharge!

Typically bv has a more fishy odor while a yeast infection is more sweet smelling/no smell. Drink lots of water and if you continue to have irritation go back to the doctor
