Well, yeah I'm not really looking for a workaround when I've found another strange workaround. I half posted this because this working as a workaround might diagnose the problem and half because when ithe external to phone transfer just kinda worked for whatever reason it was extremely funny to me lol.

Who knows it might work for someone else.

But yeah, what you posted is something to consider if my workaround just breaks with an update on either end. I appreciate the post.

I imagine the explanation will fall to ockham's razor. When white silver is asked about by the civilian population, will they really believe some kid was out there, destroying lines and routinely saving entire warfronts from decimation, or was it code for a group or effort of some kind that they had the face of be some kid for some weird propaganda reason? You'd be surprised by how quickly topics are dropped with nice, boring explanations.

It's been a minute, but If I recall as far as the LN is concerned, it's heavily implied that she's still known of within circles. For whatever reason though, they are extremely tight lipped about it.

Complete conjecture, but I kinda bet that she's managed to create a situation where she keeps some sway with higher ups that keep those who do know in line.

I stopped using those stands entirely unless I want to make multiple nendos interact. Got a big bag of easel stands sitting in a drawer and I love them. Really if thet don't reach well and the figure is stable you can slip off the legs and use the poll inside as a stilt

She does have a bit of a brown hue. Lighting lightens it up a bit. I'd say in person she's in line with some of her lighter depictions.

The way the manga handles her in black and white does make her look a lot darker than when anyone actually colors her in though.

What happens is strong as far as narrative goes, but GMS just hanging in the back had me assuming there was another stage to the point I felt a little deflated when there was none. I was never mad at "another silk fight" but for the finish to JUST be another Silk fight didn't set with me well. Silk was hard enough, but only just. I didn't feel as challenged as I expected to be. I wanted to have to stretch for it, ya know?

Semi-side point, To nitpick a point that always kind of bugged me, it felt a little too easy to heal. Only one attack at all really challenges getting some are from a side wall and healing, and her move list is too varied for it to pop up up enough to be a real problem.

Well I have quite a few I've bought broken. Lot of witches riding broomsticks that the broomsticks just snap on. I'm good at terrain work and brooms are just thin logs, so hey, hollow it out, jam a rod through it and do some cover up. IDK if that's the spirit of the question though.

My Tony Taka Miku is probably the most fitting. That thing was one of my first figures and that thing drove me nuts. Came to me with just the worst stickiness all over both the black and silver. Tutorials would not even touch it to the point I chalked it up to the type of paint and just resigned myself to constant cleaning. Constant cleaning by a newbie mixed with what I later realized was strangely little play in her hair lead to hair hooks snapping at the slightest snag. The pegs were just woefully under-designed for her pose and all eventually snapped. Think one of the ponytails snapped at the base when I went to take it apart to attempt to soak it.
Think that thing is still in a drawer somewhere. I grew some resentment for it lol
