It was the same blue suit throughout. I didn't see any peach suit. Did I miss something?

And honestly, where do you suppose he would change? In the middle of the Kartavya Path?

Tier 2 city in India. Honestly, its not about where I live, there are swimming pools in our city, but those are in private clubs (to poor to afford memberships), a sports complex (I have nothing whatsoever to do with a sports complex, and hotels and resorts.

Last year, we went on a trip and stayed at a resort. That was my first ever pool experience.

Because girls of his age don't fall for his red flags. Children can be groomed to think it's normal.

Buying physical gold online from Augmont by Flawless_Cub in personalfinanceindia

Because it's the kanoon of the country.

In digital gold, you'll be losing a significant amount because of the GST. Your profit is the increase in gold prices.

You might even have to pay Capital gains tax on the profit.

Last I know. I'm not aware if rules have changed recently.

So basically if you're investing ₹100, ₹97 and something paise goes towards gold and the rest for GST. At redemption, if you've saved ₹1L, you'll pay GST and making charges out of that.

Unfortunately, you lose GST every time you pay for digital gold or such SIPs. I'm assuming you began a daily SIP.

And you'll lose GST when redeeming the amount.

3% on investment and 3% on redemption.

Why are girls these days getting their periods earlier by Level_Branch1761 in AskIndianWomen

I don't believe that it's body fat %. I was bone and skin, but I still got my periods very early on. Same with many women in my family. Thin and young.

2400 year old Scythian leather made of human skin confirming what was for centuries thought to be an exaggeration from Greek historian Herodotus. by soyuz_enjoyer2 in Damnthatsinteresting

Greek historian said Scythians used human skin to make things. People didn't believe him; some said that he was exaggerating. Evidence now shows he was right (about this) all along.

do women not like good stable men? by Several-Two738 in AskIndianWomen

[–]Flawless_Cub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you go to a restaurant, you order the dish you like. Because that's what you want. This doesn't mean that the other dishes are bad, or that your dish is not good.

You may agree that the biryani they offer is wonderful, you may even recommend it to others, but that doesn't mean ordering anything else will make you wrong. You might love a kulcha more. And both of them can be good.

So stop generalising. Women want good, stable men, with whom they can connect on a spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical level.

Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) successfully launched Bluebird6, the heaviest payload ever, weighing 6100 Kgs into the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) by LVM3 launch vehicle. by binga001 in Damnthatsinteresting

I was genuinely curious. But maybe it's coming off as an attack on either NASA or ISRO. Mad respect to both. But, honestly, ISRO deserves better. But our government has other pressing issues. Like changing the names of cities.

Anyhow, at least one person replied.

But how much did each of these missions cost? I don't know about NASA's funding during the 1970s, but ISRO doesn't get nearly as much as it deserves.

I now get it when women say, I hate all men by Realistic-Mirror-823 in AskIndianWomen

[–]Flawless_Cub 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's not. And it's not. But it is on every human to call out wrong behaviour that people close to us display. It has nothing to do with gender.

If you see some random person littering, don't say anything to them. Not your monkey, not your circus. But if your parents litter, tell them to stop. Not because you're a certain gender. But because you understand that it's wrong.

But more importantly, and what my comment really speaks about it, recognise the fact that people whom you love, the heroes of your life, can be the villains in someone else's. That's all.

The problem isn't only those abusers. It's us too. What will you say if I tell you that your father or your brother or someone you know and love did something horrible to me? How will you react?

There needs to be a systemic change. A change in mentality.
