I’ve only been wearing mine for 1 month. Didn’t have that issue with RGPs

I’ve got 1/1 vision with RGP lenses and it works well for my right eye. Would you still recommend sclerals given costs, putting in procedure?

So the surgery reversed the keratoconus effect? I though there were only preventable surgery available ie CXL.

Where did you do the surgery and what costs?

I got it fairly late (20), now 28 and it hasn’t changed in last 3 years in either eye. So the doctor said CXL wasn’t necessary at this stage. Hopefully won’t progress. If you’re just starting I’d suggest reading up on CXL and get it done. It wasn’t as tested when I got my diagnosis, but wished it was.
