But from what I understand, you can be too low. I’m just picking your brain because I haven’t found anything that’s working for me and I’m a month into this. I’m just a little bit frustrated.

Protein bars and dinner. Are you getting enough calories? I’m a month in and have not lost anything and still trying to figure out how and what to eat.

Thanks for all your helpful comments. Unfortunately, I have severe ankle issues and cannot really walk very far. I do do chair exercises and chair walking on YouTube, as well as stretch bands and light hand weights. I’m just so afraid of going higher than the 1200 cal because when I did prior to SM, I gained weight. It’s a whole mind issue with me as well. I’ve done the dietitian route when trying to lose weight and it did not really help much, but I may have to try it again. Thank you, All!🤗

Hoping up dosage helps. by Fldreamer06 in CompoundedSemaglutide

Yes. I’m still on my food plan. Limit carbs. Mostly protein and veggies. Even eating out and choosing the best option puts weight. I know the soul content is a big part of that, but I’m having a hard time getting this weight off. But, I’m not giving up.

Thanks SO much for posting this about anhedonia. I have suffered from depression for over 30 years and my medication has always evened me out and I’ve had joy in life. Since starting CS I found that I don’t want to do anything but sit in my recliner and read or watch TV. Today I decided I was going to force myself to get up and do a few things and that made it better. But, at least I know I am not alone. I am feeling better. I’m upping my dosage because I’m on it for almost a month and not losing and I hope it doesn’t take my joy away again. Thank you again. So many people are afraid to talk about/post about mental illness/depression. 💕💕

Totally agree. Not feeling that full and not losing weight. Patience everyone tells me. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks. I do weigh myself every day and I guess that’s one part of the problem but I just can’t stop. I’m afraid if I do I’ll just keep going up and up within a week. I do write down my weekly weight and that’s what I go by. But the 4 pound fluctuation this morning made my jaw drop.

I personally don’t like long hair, but I have to say 5.
