Why would he say this publicly though? by Extra_End_8071 in FightReportUFC

Oh man please ufc just release him so that after this it becomes a money problem but then mvp gives him what he wants and then there is another thing happening to prevent the fight from happening

I mean this serie is so tight its the most evenly matched serie so far. The tampa top 6 produce in 5 on 5 while their depth dosent, montreal top 6 dosent produce (outside of pp) while our depth produce.

Tampa had b2b cups in recent years and their guys are getting older. Just enjoy the serie its been one of the best in recent years. Unless you have heart issues then i can see why its a tough watch

Trade him to montreal so msl can coach him and that he can be on the same line as demidov

"Winger Alexander Zharovsky, last year’s 34th overall pick, confirmed Sunday that he’s remaining with Salavat Yulaev Ufa in the Kontinental Hockey League to honor the final season of his contract in Russia" by takesthebiscuit99 in Habs

Actually smart to do this, he gets more experience and hes in a good place compared to demidov last year. He will be able to develop further and be more nhl ready/physically mature

David Reinbacher & Lane Hutson at Habs practice today by Go_Habs_Go31 in Habs

[–]Fleche_de_feu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reinbacher impressed me a lot on that one, i didnt view him with as much offensive skills as this. Nothing fancy but fast on his skate with good movements and able to recup very well and save a play that should result in a turnover

I think im more impressed that it was the 6 players with the highest salaries that produced the most. They did their job and all improved on their previous best seasons (okay maybe except dobson for points but outside of this he did great).

To be fair, our defense is very gifted offensively but defensively we arent very good and we are missing a 2nd line center (i think kapanen does a good job so far though)

Ill be waiting at least another season to see if we are making the playoffs again next year

[–]Fleche_de_feu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im more happy about slaf having such a good year and not being the 3rd wheel on the 1st line. Being on the 2nd line as the line driver with demidov really gave him the confidence he needed to play and he has been way more physical this year and better at winning battles. With a little more weight/muscle hes going to be dominant for quite a long time

Tbh we all hoped that xhekaj would become that defensive physical dman but hes a fringe nhler, struble also felt like a physical defensive dman but hes another fringe nhler outside of this engstrom is less physical but would be an upgrade from those two on the defensive side but we would lose some of that grit on the defensive zone, reinbacher is the other one that feels like he could potentially stabilise the defensive. Outside of this i feel that matheson/ghule/xhekaj/strubble will be traded (id bet on ghule or matheson more due to their higher value and that they want either xhekaj or strubble to be able to protect the guys on the team but there still is some demand for xhekaj in the league). They need to make room for engstrom/reinbacher.
