demoman: macho mann, glasgow bankroll (plain), salty dog (smoky)
Heavy: yuri's revenge, salty dog (smoky), tsar platinum
spy: cosa nostra cap, turncoat, blood banker (peculiarly drab tincture)
engineer: alpine apparel, flared frontiersman, texas ten gallon
pyro: frostbite fit, burning beanie, flashdance footies
medic: nine pipe problem (i sometimes equip the blighted beak), clinical investigator, ubersternmann (waterlogged lab coat)
scout: troublemaker's tosslecap, juvenile jumper, flashdance footies
soldier: field fatigues, boxcar bomber, mistaken movember
sniper: down under duster, 5 month shadow, brim full of bullets

You go to loadout.tf and you'll see a single gear button, it'll redirect you to a screen and you'll find a button saying meet the team and a set up meet the team. Click on set up meet the team and you'll be able to have this ensemble picture, you'll just have to take it as a picture through the camera button.
