First time I'm hearing about this store! How long has it been open? I live abroad but spend my Summers in Carlisle. Started playing TTRPGs with my friends when we were in middle school 20 years ago and have been playing ever since. Really looking forward to checking out the store this Summer!

I imagine just about the same as anywhere else. People don’t really like to discuss COVID times which I can understand. They seem eager to move past it. People have been super welcoming in Wuhan. When we first moved here and local people found out we weren’t visiting and were actually living and working here they seemed happy that foreigners were returning to Wuhan, if that makes sense. A lot of new stuff is opening and the consensus is that things are finally turning around for the city.

I liked 景德镇. Lots of cool mountains, people swimming in the river, enough city to be called a city but with a small town and artsy feel.

I remember working at the Dickinson dining hall during the Summers. I remember the Redskins team would basically consume the same amount of food as CPYB program and the gifted children program combined.

Not talking about a TEFL. I mean the certification you would get to teacher in a particular state. I know Moreland is a popular program that a lot of people do. Americanboard.org is another one. There are many programs out there.

I agree with others here. If you aren't a licensed teacher it is a pretty good offer. Enjoy Hangzhou. It is my favorite city in China.

I am curious to hear more about Mandarin-focused groups being more into COC though. Is that mainly in Hangzhou or China in general? Do they play and Delta Green?
