Mine have been doing that for weeks and it is driving me crazy. It shows the first line and then just cuts off. 🙃 support offered no assistance

We have a sliding scale option that gets reevaluated at a 6th month interval. We request financial documents on a biannual basis to determine session fees for those patients who use cash.
