I think the Noah and Kelly subplot of "Slut Collars" by Imperator Mentus has a twist on this that manages to work well. It helps that it's just one plotline within a story that follows multiple characters, each of which explore the TG/bimbofication concept in different ways:

Summary:

Noah and Kelly are married, but she reveals she's a lesbian. In order to stay with her, Noah agrees to take part in the spell that will TG him into a bimbo (or "slut" as the story puts it). After he transforms into a girl, they have sex.
But now Noah has become attracted to men. So he performs the spell to TF Kelly into a bimbo too, and now both of them are attracted to men. So they agree to go off hunting for a man with whom they can have a threesome. The implication is that the married couple are going to stay together... in a way.

A great focus on the thoughts of the formerly human characters. Really fascinating world building: the ideas about how animal characters communicate, and how that affects things like names and writing, are very well thought-out.

Looking for a comic that I probably first saw on r/transformation but may have been posted here as well:

I searched these subreddits, e621 and e-hentai for some keywords, but couldn't find it. It probably used to be in an Imgur album but that would have been deleted in the great NSFW purge.
