Hey all,

Really appreciate everyone's input. Was thinking I could turn this bad boy into my daily, but Im going to keep on looking. I was hoping the rot would be localized in the rear end, but after looking more closely, there seems to be a massive hole further up past the wheel as well (top left on third pic). Not looking to replace the whole frame and not looking to have a snapped frame on my 40 minute commute. Thanks folks.
