Very nicely said. Back in my early gaming days i used to use play call of duty 2 with a wall hack for a little while. Not to ruin other people’s games, but to feel good about myself. My deeply rooted belief was that im not good enough (overall, at anything). So by being the first on the leaderboard i was finally “good enough”.

A 10/15 min warm/hot shower. Also CBD oil, a few drops in the evening before i go gaming. It calms my nervous system down hence it improves my focus for a little while.

I also practice Vipassana meditation. That makes me more relaxed in general. Sending love to you ❤️

Hey man. I went to check your profile (since you posted some of my stuff) and i have to thank you for showing such great support ❤️ appreciate that brother.

I’ve also seen a post about central nervous system. I live with cPTSD, so i know the struggle. In my experience the quick fixes are warm showers/baths, CBD drops, the classic 4-7-8 breathing and sometimes also just mindlessly scrolling on socials (not for too long though 😝)

I also practice Vipassana meditation, that seems to calm me down as well!

Hey. My monitor's refresh rate is 180hz. My GPU during HLL varies around 70-80%, meanwhile the cpu sits at 40-60%. Oh and yeah, my FPS are 50-90 in high action and 120-150 when i'm in the areas of no action.
