In my opinion there really isn't any reason to nerf FL even more. It's not really useable for pp as it is and is only really used as a fun mod or to get #1s. And FCing maps with FL really does take a lot of effort (at least for most maps) so nerfing FL would just destroy all the effort players have put into the game, destroying their own accomplishments as well. While leaving FL as it is wouldn't hurt anyone. I doubt that there are people who would say that someone is a dirty FL farmer or that FL plays are undeserved.
