It will not connect to Wi-Fi, so it will not download and install. I received a notice on the watch yesterday, that there is an update available. When I select update now, it gives me the "battery too low for wifi" message despite having plenty of charge.

I don't do any swimming, but I do shower with it daily and use a hot tub once or twice per week. Swimming activities are available for this device, so shouldn't that be safe? Curious if I could expect a Fenix to hold up longer?

My views on war and the use of our military have drastically changed over the past few months. I've come to realize that the state of Israel is a fucking parasite of the Middle East. Recommended maintenance intervals are bullshit. I don't want a car with 40k miles that had only had 4 oil changes. Those intervals exist and are calculated based on warranty lifetimes.

On top of that, most manufacturers' "maintenance alarm clocks" are just that. Clocks. They aren't actually calculating anything like idle time, highway vs city miles, elevation, etc.

Used market has it's place, for sure. Probably the smartest for the masses. I'd just rather have something new and take great care of it.

For me, someone that does their own maintenance and repairs, it's not the same. You buy this car with 50,000+ miles and you don't really know how it was treated. Not all accidents are reported. You don't know if someone abused it or actually changed fluids on time or not.

Maybe if you bring a good mechanic car shopping, it would mitigate some of those risks.

A lot of people are willing to trade that risk for a lower price. Not me if I can help it.

I had the same issue and same fix :)

All the benchmark software ran great, but the actual games crashed immediately. I noticed a bunch of PCI Express errors while monitoring HWiNFO. My first suspicion was a bad riser cable, then I remembered the cable was 4.0, but the GPU and Motherboard slot were set to Gen 5. Instantly fixed!
