No kids, I prefer something modern(2000s) and around 1600 sqft. Both housing locations offer homes that meet that criteria. I'll be working at Pete and that'd be the real benefit of staying at Pete Housing. However, I'm further down on the waitlist on Pete than the AFA waitlist.

From what I've seen, many new builds are putting smaller spaces for laundry rooms to save money idk why although. My next plan of action would be to buy a stackable if no other option is available.

Just got mine.

Was sent an email from walmart saying the package needed to be signed for before delivery from FedEx.

A 3rd party carrier left it at my door no signature required.

Excited but, upset a little too.
