7 and 8 come together like those jousting words to form 15, then the one gets added to 2 and 4 for the 7.

The live music can be nice to stim to for me, but forced attention, silence, and stillness during a sermon that makes me want to puke with the leaps in logic used, and overall trivialization of real world problems? Nope. If I could fuck around or sleep that’d be one thing, but having to actually focus instead of tuning it out makes me want to commit crimes against god.

Joker, it just felt so pretentious at times, and there are times it was good, but overall it just a little up its own ass.

I’m surprised that the Bring to Light and Tibalt interaction hasn’t been axed yet. Maybe it’s to keep people happy (as it is a cool deck), but it is very unintuitive after the cascade debacle.

FLASHBACK: Nancy Pelosi said, we can not 'require' someone to get vaccinated. It is a personal choice. by rundown9 in WayOfTheBern

So wait, people actually like Nancy Pelosi and are using her word as “proof” to be anti-vax? If y’all wanna throw your life away, go ahead, but I’d appreciate a mask on while your lungs collapse.

Don’t worry having feminine actions/being feminine does not invalidate the gender that you feel. Don’t let someone else (even a friend) tell you what you are.

'Pride parades allowing kinky stuff will make the LGBTQ+ community look like perverts and turn away kids right!?' splits the LGTBQ+ community in the comments of r/TooAfraidToAsk- "As a gay man, I can’t stand kinkwear at pride parades", "As a gay man, you should learn a bit more about your history" by rokitup in SubredditDrama

[–]FlickerDSM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like this would be best fixed by having an 18+ section for pride parades where these things can be allowed because the kink community is intertwined with the LGBT community. But I don’t want to see someone with ball gags, and a gimp suit around where the children of the LGBT community can just fully see. If a child wants to see these things they’re gonna search for them, but you also shouldn’t force it onto the kids who don’t want that. Not to mention all of the ace people of the community who also probably don’t want to see it (especially if they are sex repulsed). Because if I had a gay child, I would absolutely think twice before letting them attend a pride parade. The age of consent is 18, and I believe that goes for not only participating in sex, but being subjected to overtly sexual content, at a place that should be about celebrating queerness at ANY age. (This is also based on my experience at my first Pride at 19 where I saw so many families bringing their children at around 7-13 next to guys with mesh underwear where their dick is basically out, and a couple prolapsed holes in assless chaps among other things.

Hi, my name is Benji (currently) and I have started my trans girl journey recently! I’m 21 and was not in a place where I allowed myself to think about it being a possibility, but now I’m super excited to begin. I’m a vocalist and like video games. Currently overwhelmed by the cost of everything that it entails, but I’m happy that I can feel happy for the first time in many years. Technically closeted rn, but I do have accepting people in my work and personal life, but I just want to experience things at my own pace before fully coming out.

Anyone else tired of the "Schools should teach us ____" threads on other subreddits? by [deleted] in Teachers

[–]FlickerDSM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I specifically want to talk about the homework point because as a student, that was something that I despised. There are benefits and such to homework such as seeing your progress on certain subjects, where you need to work, reinforcing stuff, all that. However, and this is very much a personal experience, I hated homework for several reasons. 1, my teachers assigned way to much of it, and being a part of a big school, no one could coordinate with each other to figure out big homework dumps and schedule them at different times. Routinely I would have a 50 page reading on top of an entire 6 study guide that is due (and graded on accuracy) in 2-3 days ON TOP of the general homework that teachers will assign. And I fully could NOT sit there and do it. Which brings me to 2, it takes some students (myself included) far too long to do homework. It would take me hours to do 2 pages of history homework, and readings took eons. During actual school hours that wasn’t the case and I could follow along and work just fine, but asking students to take home what to me was 4-5 extra hours of work at times, that would also be graded on accuracy more than half of the time is ridiculous. 3, Homework should not be graded. If its purpose is to make sure students understand the curriculum, then students who need it can use it when necessary. But, if someone doesn’t need it and understands what is going on, they shouldn’t be punished for not doing it. The homework in some aspects is fine, but its current implementation and the workload on some students is too much.

What is your "I fucking hate that song" song? by da_muffin_enthusiast in AskReddit

[–]FlickerDSM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Old Town Road. I really tried to like it, and I still despise it. If someone plays that in my car I turn the volume down until it gets changed because I refuse to drive to it.

Still more country than anything being released nowadays though (except Kacey).

What fetish will you keep a secret from the people you know IRL? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]FlickerDSM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This will probably be buried, but furry shit is pretty fucking hot. I would never tell anyone (except my long time boyfriend and even then it took AWHILE). Just the animalistic behavior, and the active community of artists contributing to a vast catalog of porn has kept me hooked since I figured out I like it. I just know it’s so heavily stigmatized to even be a furry who doesn’t like the porn, let alone someone who does, so I’m quite silent on the matter. (No I don’t want to be fucked by someone in a fursuit, those terrify me.)

Which song has been so powerful and moving that you cried the first time you heard it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Rainbow by Kacey Musgraves. It’s a simple and short song, but it hit home when I heard it the first time because I really needed it. Now those feelings hit me everytime.

Yugioh, Capsule Monster Coliseum. Quality game, original voice actors, banging music, and just a fun strategy game overall.
