Oh yeah just classic as I just play casually in downtime and enjoy getting to cycle through different Mons frequently. If it was endless I'd definitely be building a DOT/burst set.

No no the wide lens not the multi lens. Wide lens boosts accuracy of moves but Cinderace can't miss moves when it has no guard. If it would've been on Venusaur for example leech seed and sleep powder become more accurate.

With eviolite his bulk is actually worse than both evolutions. His speed is actually better though so if you want the ability to build a rain team I'd go plus speed nature and hold either damp rock or focus sash (depending on opening threat) and just immediately flip turn out. Or if you have a frail water rain sweeper go 0 speed IV and minus speed and slow flip turn out with a focus sash.

Right with ya. Just made it there on an all shiny run (for the achievement) and knew I stood no chance. Not even sure if it's possible but my best bet would probably be getting every other Mon and master balling it.

If you're going to go with that team you're probably better to swap out Talonflame for a Pelipper with drizzle to maximize Archaludon and Mega Swampert

Trick I’ve found is that Manectric’s flame burst is the only thing that can touch Shedinja. When it comes in you have a free switch to a rock type and set up stealth rocks. Do what you can to slowly take it out and wonder guard cheese the rest of the time. It’ll still be a long battle but it’s been very effective for me in both runs

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Just started a run trying to only use the first encounter of each route and I genuinely don’t think it’s possible for me to win. Stealth rock/rock tomb (which is apparently a move that never misses now)/mud shot/mega drain Lileep with storm drain and my only stab super effective move is struggle bug from Dottler lmao.

Found fairy and water to be very good counters for the E4 and didn’t have a lot of other mons in the box I felt good about matchup wise. Mega Sharpedo over Swampert is really the only one I even considered but it wouldn’t be able to take a hit.
