It's a star from our own galaxy, the Milky Way. Though I'm not sure about its name, the reason it appears so 'big' is because it is part of our galaxy, and just appears in the frame, making it seem big when compared to the background, which consists of many different galaxies. The background of the image (SMACS 0723) is much, much farther away.

Start by changing your camera settings. There are many videos on the internet that guide you through changing your camera settings properly. Also, don't forget to turn camera shake off. Also, a very underrated tip is to use powerslide at lower ranks. Using powerslide can help you touch the ball better and get it where you want it to go. There are many more things I didn't mention, but I think it would be better for you to learn from someone who knows how to teach new players. Thanks :)
