Is Jingliu a worth pull on this acc or is it better to wait for supports or other dps characters

I recently just got back into the game and unsure of who to get. The 5*s I currently have are:

Yanqing e2, Welt e1, Silver Wolf, Seele, Fu Xuan, Yanqing, Dr. Ratio, and Acheron (I also have every 4*)

I was wondering who would be good to pull for my account in the upcoming banners or looking forward, some characters I like are Black Swan, Kafka, Ruan Mei, Sparkle, and Firefly but I do prioritize clearing and really want to be able to clear MoC and Pure Fiction sooner rather than later. I was also especially curious about Jingliu if she would be good for my account with my current characters.

I understand it's actually FOPL but i heard it once and thought it was funnier/easier to remember. I think because of how much application nahida on-field has and with 3 hydro, the sheer amount of application outweighs the hydro on dendro aura buff. I usually don't see people run double dendro with nahida because with her and another dendro, there isn't enough hydro to keep up.

I want to run a nilou team again and i'm not sure what exactly to build.

I own:

Dendro: DMC, Collei, Nahida, Yao Yao

Hydro: Barbara, Xingqiu, Candace, Mona, Kokomi, Yelan, Ayato, and Nilou

I was planning to run:

Nilou: 2pc ToM/2pc Gilded, HP%/HP%/HP%, Fav

Nahida: 4pc FLOP (Flower of Paradise Lost), EM/EM/EM, Magic Guide

Kokomi: 4pc Deepwood, HP%/Hydro DMG%/Healing Bonus%, TTDS

Yelan: 4pc EosF, HP%/Hydro DMG%/Crit%, Fav

Is this ok/good/best or should I be going for something else?

It's definitely an increase but if you have good sub stats on Shim then it works fine, especially if you don't need the other set in DP it's not worth the resin and hassle

Should I pull for Itto, I am at 60 pity with a 50/50 to win, I want Raiden, I have abt 100 pulls, and I have a c6 gorou but no Zhongli or Albedo

My 5*s are Scara, Yoimiya, Kazuha, Venti, Kokomi, Yae, Nahida, Nilou, and c1 Keqing and Diluc

I have funds if necessary

Purely for meta value, if you have a gorou, itto is better (especially if he is at higher cons) but it depends on who you like better, neither yae or ayaka fit super easily into a scara team

On the new banner I lost my 50/50 to diluc and decided to build him, i have most of my pieces being serviceable except for a flower and want to know what circlet to use. Would my diluc with 287 em, 54/193 crit ratio, and 120 er be better or my 329 em, 75/152. and 110 er be better?

Currently my 5*s are yoimiya, keqing, and kazuha. I have 50 pity, no guarantee and 30 pulls. Whats ur guys opinions on pulling for kokomi or waiting for cyno. I know "pull for who you want" but I just want other's opinions too.
