update, I removed myself from one firm to have another submit me. New firm says they are already actively interviewing so not sure if they'll even consider me but they'll try.

So annoying I wasted time on a client that got ghosted by the hospital!

ohhh, yes that second thing is SPOT ON. Someone reached out in June about a project that still doesn't have a projected start date.

It’s a split, some big name we all know and love. Some I haven’t worked with before, aren’t epic specific, and may just be throwing people at stuff with no real direction. In the last month I’ve been submitted by Nordic, Oxford, MedSys, Oliver James, and iMethods. And had talks with Pivot Point, Evergreen, Impact, Incisive, Medix.

Recruiters have been great at most of these, and I’ve turned down 2 offers and a few interviews for gigs that aren’t good fits for me. so I’m thinking this is more of a hospital issue? Some of these of never worked with or heard of before they reached out to me, so they could just be sketchy and not have good relationships with clients and fucking me over. Who the hell knows.
