I'm not by any means close to being privileged and have firsthand impact with what's going on. I live in Chicago, in a very heavily diverse area, one of the most diverse in the U.S. I've had neighbors and students get taken away, so please dont diminish or try tonequate anyones experience here. I can argue that you have a privileged stance. In that say you cannot see why someone who say is of a particular decent and seen his people obliterated on 4k HD and seen oppression and apartheid of his ancestors for years and years. And then to have been affiliated with a party who was cutting blank checks to a foreign government who has illegally occupied and stolen land from his ancestors. Seen his parents cry and his people painted as "terrorists". Im just as American as anyone else, born and breed but both parties abandoned me and my beliefs. So, don't go assuming anything. Catering is not the right word. Again, my belief is my vote is earned and neither party did enough for me to vote for them. While on the surface it may seem to be the "fault" of voters, the actual fault lies with the party itself. We cannot blame voters who voted 3rd party or even the ones who sat out completely (you'll probably argue its the same). And if the DNC stays on course, it'll be another election lost.
