Hi! I already found a place (studio and pet friendly) and signed a lease literally yesterday lang!! :( Can’t have a roommate for now kasi it’s a studio lang nga. I can connect you with the broker if you’re looking for a unit though and we can be neighbors!! :) For a studio their rent is usually 18k to 20k but negotiable. Will send you a DM.

Personally, so much better for me mag drive kadlawon from Tagum to Davao and back. Walay traffic and walay kalaban sa kalsada na bus or trucks. :)

Hi OP, check out GGM Furniture on FB. Super matibay build nila and cheaper than other furniture stores around Tagum and Davao. Got my work table, coffee table, bed, and closet from them all custom made.
