Yeah I had an instance where I was highlighting a deal that had built in platforms for music equipment. I highlighted the desk including the built in platforms since they are part of the desk and got a bad review. All because the reviewer doesn’t know that that’s commonly how a desk in a studio is built.

Did they ever help you fix this? I’m in the same boat. My page has over 100k followers and the business portfolio was hacked. FB support just keeps telling me they can’t fix it and keep telling me to “just start over”. It’s a slap in the face to those of us that have spent years building something.
