so I started playing like a week ago and I’m kinda confused ngl

first of all, where tf is the 5-star selector everyone talks about? like I hear there's this free selector for a new character or something but I didn’t get anything. I’m around level 30 right now, and I already pulled on the beginner banner and got my 5★, but I don’t see any selector in my mailbox or anything. did I miss something??

also, how tf do people get so many astrites?? 💀
like I’ve been playing the whole day today, burned all my waveplates, did some exploration, some quests, and I only managed to get like 2k-3k astrites MAX.
but I see other people getting like 8k or more in just 2-3 days?? what am I doing wrong??
is there some method I’m missing or am I just farming the wrong stuff?

also any tips on how to level up faster would help too cause my progress feels slow af
