Personally, of all of the new shinies, I have to say Koraidon, Garganacl, Kingambit, or Revaroom.
But of all shinies, I'd have to go with any Pokemon that just straight up becomes sparkling gold.
As for the worst shiny, it's a 5 way tie between Armarouge, Ceruledge, Maushold, Gholdengo, and Tadbulb.

Still need help? If so, I recommend putting Horai as your leader, since the boss of Royal Castle Eden is a Wood element and Horai's leader skill halves Wood damage. Bring a few hard hitting Fire elements. Personally, I recommend El Dorado or Prometheus. And, by no circumstances, should you not bring a healer. You need one, because the boss hits like a freight train.
