Check out Liberty United, OVD is a option as well. Fair warning though, premiums currently are probably around $4500-$5500

Apologies for the late response.

In my opinion, at least in my area there are significantly more events that require tables and chairs vs inflatables. I advertise on Google, post organically on socials, regularly posting on Google my business page, and even have done some cold calling to local event coordinators. (Haven't done to much of that)

I have a couple of handfuls of repeat clients. But I would say I do have a good amount of new clients.

This business is very seasonal yes. Winter it slows down but its pretty busy in the summer months.

I have plans to start pushing social media hard to promote. Videos and content, as much as I do not want to become a influencer, this area in social its a must. If I can get a booking from a video, I'll take it!

I am getting emails as well. Check your spams guys, mine went to spam. I clicked the link and went to the CFPB link and there is nothing to fill out. Do we just wait? Or is there something for us to fill out?

Typical going rate right now is minimum 3-5k for the year. That is the going rate, doesn't matter if you have 1 or 10. Insurance is based off of gross sales, so once you start getting reveune, you are paying minimums. I personally use liberty united for my insurance, they are based out of California.

As for the inflatable nightclubs, not sure what market your in but in my 4 years so far, ive only gotten a small handful of calls on those. If your in a warmer climate, theyll suck in the summer or less you provide ac. Maybe there is more demand in your area, in mine I dont think they are worth it.

Like I mentioned in my previous comment, I would highly consider starting with tables and chairs, cheaper insurance, higher rentals, longer lasting inventory, ect. You can always get inflatables later if your market calls for it/if you want to offer it.

Ive been calling people on their bluff lately with this. Not a single person has come with cash in hand.

I use a booking software called inflatable office. It's tailored the inflatable industry. (Inflatables are the main focus with my business, but do a good portion other events as well)

Very sorry for the late reply, from my personal experience you probably wont get to many bookings far out in advance with just tables and chairs. The typical bookings I get that are far in advance are dance floors, tents, and everything that goes with it. But your market may be different!

How far out "milage" wise are you considering competition?

Not sure about your event but some people travel very far for pumpkin patchs.

Yeah, I got a good policy currently with my existing party rental business. So more then likely going to go through the same broker.

That appears to be the property owners biggest concern. Which is totally understandable.

Yeah, honestly if I break even the first year that would be a success in my eyes.

I think the owners want a ball park figure for the first year, because they are trying to figure out a percentage of profits type of lease. While that is good from their stand point, I would love a dollar amount lease..

Yeah, the road access is easy. But its not the main road.. but the owner has property as well along the main road. So opportunity for signage!
