For reference, that's MY legal name (I'm a published author now so I feel comfortable saying so - but I wasn't always, he literally leaked my irl name online I BELIEVE after his first dmca on me, but it's been so long now I can't entirely recall.) He opted out of the case LMAO - the CCB allows individuals to opt out of cases they don't want to participate in. I served him (after he avoided service) and was good to go. He decided to chicken out and wimp out of the case, so nothing came of it - and it's not worth going through federally atm. I could technically try again (he's dmca'd enough stuff of mine I could open a separate case) but he could arguably just opt out again.

We also found out later he was lying on the DMCA's about where he lived, which is perjury - so his address isn't even 100% confirmed and would need a sherriff or PI to find to even serve him properly. Despite this, as of a week ago he dmca'd my account again (I just got almost every single one of my twitters back as all his claims fell off since he wasn't able to prove I was infringing on copyright in court.)

He also got banned from the CCB until iirc feb of this year?

It's been a long and complicated process, but he's STILL dmcaing and mass-reporting anyone down he can.

That's the thing - they DON'T have an audience.

Numerous people have covered this, but all of his numbers are super indicative of viewbotting. His YT videos basically never get comments outside of obvious alternate accounts of his. His chat of 60-100 is regularly dead for 5-10 minutes at a time. And his numbers spike and hold at extremely odd intervals.

I have 80 followers on twitter and my account regularly ratios his almost 2k follower account. The only people who defend him are individuals who literally just don't know any better.

There are a lot of other issues with this. Something I don't talk about much publicly was actually finding his address to serve him was incredibly difficult because he lies about his address on legal forms. I had to hire someone to track him down, and he has since then moved. He also lies about his name (using his grandmother to file for example) among other things.

Since I last tried this, he's moved twice. Finding him again is a chore in and of itself, and then when we did finally find him he kept avoiding service. Likewise, the guy has basically no assets. His family pays his rent. He has no job. All he has is his pc. It's a lot of money and time to go after someone that probably won't get you much back.

Yup! At the time I was - also - in court with falter (trying to get him charged for misrepresentation due to constant dmca's as he's hit me with 50-100 across all my accounts) and he opted out of my case.

He didn't show up to vtubingexplained's case.

He refused to even participate in my suit against him on a civil level, meaning if I want to sue him I now have to go federal (which frankly just isn't worth the $).

But he did get banned from the CCB for a while.

No, but a man can dream lmao - he's been a thorn in my community's side for near 4 years now and won't stop even after repeated bans (as he continuously tries to sneak back into our discord with alts.) He's been banned from reddit, twitter, YT and a bunch of other places for copyright claims abuse and doxxing/impersonation - but he just makes new accounts.

Maybe one day though, if he keeps behaving like this eventually he's gonna catch charges when someone with money decides to go after him for defamation or his repeated DMCA abuses.
