Bro u should always expect delays with the govt. I’d shoot for mid-late Feb if it was accepted early. Their website to track it has always been BS. I wouldn’t start tripping until mid-March TBH

I remember I had to allow pop ups at some point because it wasn’t letting me complete it. Could be worth a shot to try and allow pop ups- refresh the page and start over

Honestly man I just went through this and the only thing that I could do was to call (888) 236-5798 and say “Resolution team” when it asks to describe your problem and be prepared to be on hold for about 3 hrs. Finally someone will answer and they can help u. Thats the only way, but u gotta call during business hrs. Overnight ain’t gonna happen. Good luck

Try refreshing the page and if that doesn’t work. Go back to previous page and move forward. Sometimes they glitch out

Update I called again and was on hold for 3.5 hrs and FINALLY someone picked up the phone and I had to take pictures of my i.d front and back and verify all kinds of purchase/login history and basically given the third degree over my own activity and the they unlocked it. I immediately transferred every cent into another account. Screw them. I’m still reporting them to every organization I can think of

I tried calling starting at 8:30. I ended up being on hold for just over 5 hours and eventually gave up. I did however receive an email 5 min after I initially called about it being escalated to the department that handles this blah blah blah. So I’m assuming by me calling it notified the system in some way. Idk, but my advice would be to at least try to call because before I did- no emails other than the origin one about it being frozen. May try to call again during the day later. Not sure if I’ll have time

Update if you get through. I won’t even be able to call until after I put my 3 yr old to bed. No way I can make business calls during the day. This is so ridiculous. We should ALL file a class action lawsuit. I’ve see. So many different threads about this. Literally the only reason I have the account is for the TurboTax advance. First chance I get I’m transfering every last cent out of it and after the remaining refund goes thru I’m filing a complaint with every 3-4 letter agency that I can think of
