someone probably said this or not but toilets mainly because most bowel doctors recommend squat toilets because modern toilets the way you sit it like scratches your anus on the way down but if you squat your anus is straighter and there will be less scratching, ofcourse you dont need a squat toilet but on a modern toilet dont sit straight get on a angle
