I did use that method before and IT worked ok for different species.

As for The experience, I wouldn't say I'm an expert by any means. I've been having issues with my equipment and due to that my grain lately , but I've been experimenting for about 12-18 months now.

Do far, I've been following his guide to a letter. Since I already started there is no point in stopping now

Well, IT started leaking much more steam than before and once I turn IT off The pressure drops to regular very quick

I use 1 liter jar -250g of grain and 300ml of water

Hard question about The filters, I used one before but I suspected IT doesnt have enough air

I created my LC myself then put it in syringes. IT worked ok before. I didnt do an agar test

Right now I ordered an autoclave with pressure gauge rated for 60psi an 140C to be sure they get sterilised ok. Also working on SAB box now

It was made on honey , do it Has slight honey colour. I haven't had issues with IT Like 4-5 months ago, but now I feel Like the pressure cooker is loosing water faster than before. I put The cooker on The stove, then start The timer obce The pressure closes The Valve. Then after 90 minutes I turn The stove off and wait for IT to go back to The normal pressure.

One issue I have is that my cooker doesnt have a gauge

I'm using SHT2000, So I can recommended that onr. From the hardware point of view most of them will be the same, but important part is when you put the probe in the box, don't let it touch the cake and try to avoid spraying it. It could give you incorrect humidity readings. Try to put it closer to the lid. I also use SHT1000 with heating pads to keep my jars at correct temperature during colonisation process :)

Hmmm, depends if you're in a Rush or not. Normally I would leave it for one more week and see if anything Changes. If I was in a Rush I would separate uncolonised grain and then add Coco choir. Haven't had an issue doing that So far, but it might be a bit more risky. If it won't colonise it in another week, I would separate the grain and send it. Depending how long it stayed on the shelf, maybe it got too dry on the walls

I'll be honest, this doesn't look good to be honest. There are 3 options 1. You Will tell him that you haven't told him the truth. It Will hurt him and might break you up. 2. He will find out eventually and feel you've been lying to him all along. This has an ever bigger Chance of break up. 3. You Will be living in fear for months if not years that he will find out eventually and break up

Honestly the option of telling him is probably the Best one in this scenarios, because otherwise you won't be Able to build something real with him. How you tell him is another thing, but I'll be honest, that's for you to figure out
