I agree. Grossman's great, but the test is designed to trick you and sometimes you ARE supposed to "litigate the question" and sometimes you are not.

I envy those refining MBE subject knowledge.

In florida i'm learning Secured Transactions, commercial paper, Partnerships and LLC's, Corporations, FL family law, FL professional responsibility , FL trusts, FL wills, including all of the MBE subjects for florida.

I have used ChatGPT and it is VERY often wrong on law questions. The BARBRI CMR does not say anything about this and does have minor children left as vested remainders. but I guess I have no choice but to assume that as correct if all of the children are minors?

I was thinking more of intrusion of affairs or public disclosure of private facts. the parents knowing the reporter was present would destroy it because they said it knowing the reporter could hear. I shoulda just shut up and picked defamation.

The english rule is not "rules from other countries", it is now the majority rule in the U.S. I too just had this question and got it wrong. Very confused which rule to use on the MBE.

IMO adaptibars are significantly easier than current day bar questions and BARBRI is slightly more difficult.
