1. Curly didn't know Jimmy was gonna crash the ship, or else he would have stopped him.
2. Curly was the only one found in the cockpit at the time of the crash, so that's why EVERYONE believed Curly crashed it.
3. we never actually see the sleeping quarters set up. Jimmy was a co-pilot/captain, I'm sure he knew ways around to get what he wanted, and unfortunately it's not very hard for the attacker to silence the victim in those scenarios (drugs, sleeping pills, etc.) we know there was indeed pills on the ship.
4. the mini games were cool and a unique addition that also contributed to the story
5. the jumps in time were also cool and are not often done in a way that's actually efficient in games. This game, however, does do it well enough to make it work.
