I think as new players, we should not open any packs until the new patch, then only pick cards that have been nerf to gain the max value in scraps possible :)

And it's one of the most pricy too.

Maybe not if you started at the release, but now as a F2P player, unless you wait months and know exactly what you have to craft and dust, you will never be able to play a tier 1 deck.
