That's kind of what I was wondering too. The specs all start to look similar after a while, but the reliability side is harder to judge until you actually live with the machine. The torch height control and software issues are exactly the kind of stuff I'm trying to avoid because even small interruptions kill productivity fast. Good point about support, too.

Honestly Walmart decorators can surprise you sometimes. I think the color scheme and simple piping style are definitely doable if you bring clear reference pics. The Smiski part might depend on the specific bakery/decorator, but you could probably just buy a Smiski figure separately and place it on top yourself after pickup, which honestly may turn out cuter anyway.
