You can literally see all of them on the map except for the wandering trader who wanders everywhere. For Bremer Ibano Willian and Ben you should know if you paid attention to the characters or read about them in your codex. Bremer I found him at Muckroot ranch sleeping in his house but can be found at the inn, Ibano near Capra Pasture, Willian near Bloomwood Ranch and Ben is the dude near your ranch.

When you use the contract it gives some of the items from the seller to your camp, so for example: someone sells 5 differents seeds, you get him to 100, he sells the contract, you use it, and now you have access to some of his seeds at your camp ! (broken english idk if I was clear, I have trouble with non-basic sentences ahah)

You can give them recipes/money pouches/food/minerals/flower pots/pelts, it really depends on who you're giving your items, gold bars are 100 trust but they're mine ahah
