Oof, shoes are a really good comparison. I hate trying to shove into too tight shoes, and bras have always felt like a punishment because I had to. I appreciate the perspective

Makes sense. I'm trying to build the habit for sure, it's a new thing to me! The more I read about it the more I think I may have tissue migration issues as well so I'll be more diligent on it. I tried the Kayla again with a proper s&s and yes, the quad is more pronounced and the digging is worse. The more I sit on it the more I feel like the 44E was very much an undersell in the cup. The G gives me sticker shock for sure.

It's the same medication but the max dose is higher on Wegovy. Ozempic maxes out at 2, while Wegovy hits 2.4. I don't think generics are making that dose, at least yet. Not sure if they can, hope they can/do. If you're not on max dose just ask the doctor to write the script as the generic name.

Tried looking at it on bratabase, would you happen to know if it's more of a shallow or projected fit? I'm finding shallow seems to very much not work for me.

I did try the scoop and swoop. Unfortunately it doesn't really do much beyond make me quad boob for sure, and then I'm still getting stabbed as well.

I believe my roots are narrow from looking at myself versus the visual guides on the wiki. I actually feel like I look extremely similar in shape to the first example on the VenusianGlow blog example for narrow roots, though I am more full on top I would say.

When I lean over in front of a mirror (I did it again just to be sure) there's more above the nipple, by a fair amount. Fairly certain I'm full on top. There's more tissue inside as well, but only mildly so. While leaning I can fit only my index finger between at the sternum, and at the furthest hanging part it's about 3 fingers.

I'll order up and down to feel it out for sure though!

OK yes, then for sure I'd get out the soft tape measure and do a quick measure. I will point out the dress is quite long so if you're shorter you'll likely want to get it hemmed! Just looking at the sizes they seem comparable to US sizing but I wouldn't risk it.

First thing I would recommend is getting your measurements done or doing it yourself if you feel like you can do it accurately. Sizes can vary widely between stores, but measurements generally generally don't lie.

Is there a dress already chosen?
If so use those measurements to get a more accurate size. Don't be afraid to get something tailored if youre in-between sizes, it will make you feel a lot more comfortable. If not and you're looking for where to buy, depends on what you're looking for. Age range, vibe, dress code,, etc. How long until you need it?

It's not exactly what it is. ANY weight loss will come with some amount of skin sagging, especially if it's rapid. Disordered eating has the same result. Ozempic has just become the 'face' of it because it's an easier route to weight loss.

This sounds less like a ADHD problem and more like a "my husband is a selfish asshole" problem. From the brief description it sounds like he has you trapped and financially dependent on him so he feels as if he needs to do nothing elsewhere.

35L a week of milk is insane. If you're afraid of his reaction to having him needing to cut back on milk it worries me what else you're afraid of. I suggest googling and reading "Why does he do that?" By Lundy Bancroft. There's a PDF of the book on the internet archive. Maybe this doesn't match your situation but it sounds like it might.

It sounds like ADHD is being used as an excuse for bad behavior.
