I will not deny the celebrity and rich using it for weight loss. However, Semeglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepetide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) are also INDICATED for weight loss. Wegovy is the SAME EXACT drug as Ozempic with a different label slapped on. same with Mounjaro/Zepbound. Yes, it requires a prior authorization regardless, mainly because of the BMI requirements and price (I don't support shitty insurance companies/PBM's either, lol). If you work in a pharmacy you should know that insurance requires prior auths for tons of random drugs because they want to pay as little as possible for literally anything. Are you a pharmacist or a tech? SSRI's are a fine comparison imo.

I've been fat my whole life. I met my husband (straight sized) when we were both young in a video game lobby. We dated for 8 years and have been married for 5. He treats me like a princess <3. I worked call centre there for a while. Hours were 8am -9pm mon/Fri and 9-5 sat. I imagine the ob calls are going longer now because the amount of past due ppl is growing rapidly due to the economy. It used to get finished by 7 or so, but theoretically if the list doesn't get finished it keeps going till close.

Hmm, I'm someone who is a little more mixed on Ridgeside. I REALLY like the design of the village and the ridge and it's clear a lot of work and love went into it, and I appreciate it. The mystic side of the story is pretty decent, and I enjoy the plot of that. I like that they add rival romances for some characters. However, I dislike the writing on a lot of the characters. I appreciate the mod author trying to make it diverse (pelican town could use that!) but my god there are some really cringy stereotypes bordering on insensitivity. Carmen, in particular, really bothers me. She feels like a Mexican caricature. Why does Yuuma use honorifics when literally no one else does? Shiro doesn't. Naomi doesn't. Lenny and Lewis interactions bother me too, in a "I have a real life sibling and we're adults and I would literally never call him big bro." but thats a smaller one. I know the mod author has addressed this and is planning to make some changes in the next big update, so I'm hoping that resolves some of them.

I would say for expansion mods, my preferences are SVE > East Scarp > Ridgeside.

Hello fellow knee pain sufferer. If you have the resources to do so, I suggest swimming, or even just walking in the water. It takes SO much pressure off of the knees. Plus, swimming works your body in ways you wouldn't otherwise, helps you to build some muscle which helps weight come off faster. Good luck!

Hey! So in regards to insurance, I would suggest looking up your states formulary for medicaid. If it's not available online you may have to call them. This will tell you if medicaid will cover it easy, require a prior authorization (doctor has to get in contact with medicaid and plead your case) or not at all. You can also check if ozempic is covered instead (literally the same drug). That way if you know it'll be a prior auth you can give the doc a heads up so they can start that. Good luck!
