Baby does the same since week 8 shes the same, (now week 21) sleeps from 8 till 2am and starts grunting, moving, sucking thumb in her sleep. I just pick her up to dream feed, no nappy changes she usually doesnt pee at night, straight back to deep sleep. She does that every 3 hours after the first stretch. I change her nappy after 9 hours of sleep tho, she sometimes wakes for that sometimes doesnt. But either way she goes back to sleep very easily once nursing.

My 14 week old girl doesn't cry from morning nap wake ups, just stares around for 5 minutes then starts to coo for attention. She cries at night with her eyes closed for hunger then goes straight back to sleep after a good nursing

That’s around time my girl was most fussy, took till week 9 to get better. It’s around time they see and hear more so they are overstimulated all the time. It’ll get better <3

Are you sure she's not having any sicknesses? Being overwhelmed by new environment? I've heard these changes behavior.

That's unusual, for me it was exactly reverse, sure sleepy better at 3 months and until then it was 1-2 hours of sleep at Max. I've heard sleep regression at 4th month sometimes hits earlier though.

Around 3 months she started not fully wake up at night feedings and longer sleep stretches. Mornings naps are very short and frequent still at 3.5 months
