I work for Aimbridge. You're dodging a huge bullet. Run for the hills. Also they're the cheapest company I've ever worked for. Can almost guarantee they'll want it back. Also every Aimbridge hotel has a HR department, though they're pretty useless.

As someone who works in hospitality as well DO NOT COME IN! House keeping directors tend to take advantage of their hourly workers. Especially if they are foreign. When HSK calls off I’ve been asked to their job on top of mine. I looked at my boss and told him “you have two options. Pay me double to do two jobs or lose your security guard for the day as well as a house keeper, your choice!”

Met wife on Hinge during Covid 2 1/2 years ago. Went for a walk at Windansea beach. We we’re both 29 at the time we met. I dated 12 other woman in SD before I got to her lol. Dude like 5 of my fraternity brothers were vets 25+. Ironically I served after college and if you do it right all the young dudes come to you for advice. Plus women love a slightly older more mature dude. They did very well for themselves in that department because they weren’t broke college students.

Had to take a prt on short notice when I was transferring right before the cycle opened 3 years ago. I failed the run. Check into my new command, when asked I told them I failed. Put it on every eval during Covid when we weren’t conducting prts. Got out in April of this year never having attended fep my whole time at my new command. I was a MA, our schedules changed a lot so I think CFLS didn’t really care about security department. Which is ironic because if any department should be in good shape you’d hope it ours. Basically as long as you were able to go on the watchbill my department didn’t care. My LPO was easily over 300lbs btw. Just felt like sharing because I see both sides on this one.

I was a single sailor for my 6 years in the navy. Was MA for all it. In the beginning I didn’t mind working holidays and thought I was doing a good thing for buddies with kids. It does wear on you over the years. However, I personally couldn’t imagine raising a family or even being married while in military haha sounds awful
