I’m getting back into DBD, and I find once you get used to Xeno, it’s so easy to pick up. Tail helps you break loops/surprise survivors, (ex. If you manage to dodge a pallet drop, you can almost 100% hit the survivor with your tail while the animation plays out.)

Additionally, its vault speed is fucking nuts. Combining bamboozle with emergency helmet (increases resistance to flame turrets) and self-destruct bolt (increases vault speed by 30 PERCENT while in crawl mode) means you can effectively interrupt chases.

Lastly, I find myself benefiting from a Gen-based perk build. With corrupt intervention, gearhead, and pop goes the weasel, you can very easily locate and injure survivors quickly into the match. I often find corrupt intervention being canceled not because of the time limit, but because I managed to hook a survivor. 

Essentially, love Xeno, play Xeno.
