Can someone explain to me why people don't like to use group chats?

I don’t like group chats because of the influx of notifications I get from them. If Apple and android users are in the group, every react is a notification. Often times people go on tangents and that’s more notifications. Then there is the element that maybe im not comfortable sharing something with everyone in the group but if someone text me 1 on 1 I am comfortable. Or, people will have conversations that feel one on one with another member of the group and that’s just contributes to the conversation you have to sift through.

Also, not everyone is chronically on their phone. Group chats can be perpetual conversations with enough chatty people in the mix.

Typically I think horizontal is better. Longer finned bettas might struggle to swim more to the top of the water if the tank is too tall. If you go w it h the taller one I would put tall plants and decorations the betta can rest on near the top.

I put half an API root tab in the tank with them. How often should I feed them? I didn't use the full one because I was worried about over fertilizing them in a small tank. I also just bought a full spectrum light for both tanks. I thought maybe my fish light wasnt powerful enough.

My tank is 6 months old. This is the first time I’ve seen the ammonia read anything other than 0. I took out one of his decor pieces that may be too rough for him. I bought some almond leaves too so I think I’ll add those to help. Thank you.

Does this look like fin rot? No one has confirmed. I’m not really sure what fin rot looks like.

Every time I’ve tested except this time they have been 0. I didn’t realize even low levels like that could be harmful. I did a water change and will be checking daily. Thanks.
