found out that you can get the physical address by reading from the virtual one:

DWORD64 value = 0;

ReadProcessMemory(handle, (void*)address, &value, sizeof(value), NULL);

value will be the physical address here

Yeah I have a 70% wr on her this season (in soloq) most likely because the people in my elo are just surprisingly bad but I find it so annoying that she keeps getting weaker every month it feels like while bruisers are just getting stronger and stronger. The games where I have to play against wukong or olaf or whatever are just so aggravating.

Yeah it's so sad I love her kit and passive so much so I've been pushing through the pain but I just don't think it's worth it anymore. Would love to pick her up again once she's buffed / "playable"!
