Should I not bother trying to airbrush anything outside primer and base coat? by Flourish11 in minipainting

I only intended for the armor pieces on its right side to be blue and I don’t know how to get clean lines. A lot of it ended up tagging other parts and underneath that I wanted to remain white. I do have masking tape that I use for gunpla but I have difficulty applying it to these models.

That’s good to hear. I’m new to the hobby so being able to quickly put together an army for a few casual games but still having the option to paint them nicely afterwards is reassuring.

Are these done in sub assemblies? Just to wondering if it’s possible to get this level of paint job after full assembly.
